Responsibilities:
- Own and implement software programs across stacks and technologies, with a focus on front-end
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create incredible products
- Lead technical decisions on stack selection and implementation approaches
- Build reusable components and libraries to help maintain consistency across the brand
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in front-end software engineering
- Not a vibecoder
- Uses cursor or other AI dev tools to empower, not replace
- Efficiency with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and similar technologies
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to work with DevOps when necessary
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Zustand, nanostores, et al
- Passion for AI and AI-enabled products
- Ability to learn quickly
- Self motivated and creative, willingness to push your comfort zone in order to make something feel great
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-QA before handing off to the greater team
- Strong communication skills, check-ins, asking questions, etc.
