Head of Finance

Work with the CEO/COO to manage Nous’s financial strategy 

Responsibilities:

• Work with Executive team on creating Nous’s annual budget
• Manage internal and external teams of accounts
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Work with Executive team to create tax-efficient strategies
• Model pricing structures across all Nous products and services
• Identify and strategize on potential new sources of revenue
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Financial management experience
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience at a high-growth tech company preferred
• Familiarity with crypto and crypto accounting
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Great organizational and communication skills
